1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking enquiry does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by Dove Lawns management.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for full refund consideration. Late cancellations may incur charges.

4. Liability

Dove Lawns and Accommodation Ltd is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your visit, except where caused by our negligence.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
